 Basic Overview:

RealtorWebMax is an easy-to-use web software package that tracks & manages real estate listings online. RWM has 2 basic interfaces which listings can be viewed and managed: public & admin (front-end and back-end). The admin portion of the website is where the Realtor’s business personnel logs into the site and administers their listings. The public interface is where the Realtor’s customers come to view the listings via their site.

 Admin Interface:

This is where the true power of RWM shines. Imagine a flexible & easy-to-use tool to track as much or as little information on your listings you want. RWM is the answer! Realtors can add, edit, and remove listings at a moment’s whim. Listings also have 5 areas to track information in: general, detailed, documents, numbers, & contacts. As you can see, the realtor can input general & detailed information on their listings, specify numbers (such as MLS #’s), attach contacts to it (sales agents/sellers), and upload documents (maps, contracts, pictures, movies, etc).

 Admin at a Glance:

Feature Overview
Input Flexibility Add/Edit/Delete states, cities, listing types, listing statuses, phone types, e-mail address types, street address types, contact types, listing detail types, number types, etc.
Manage Listings - General Input general information about a listing such as: title, headers, address, type, status, price, directions, basic description, etc.
Manage Listings - Detailed Using the detail type flexibility, you can decide what you want to track about a listing. Some examples could include: acreage, barn, bedroom dimensions, pool, schools, etc. You can even specify a 2nd level of tracking.
Manage Listings - Documents Upload pictures, maps, contracts, videos, disclosures, etc. Just about any document you can dream up can be stored by RWM.
Manage Listings - Numbers Most Realtors want to track different types of numbers on their listings from external systems such as the MLS service.
Manage Listings - Contacts Manage sales agents, owners, staff, sellers, buyers, etc. You can attach related contacts to a listing if you wish so that customers can know who to call in reference to a listing.
Define Announcements This is a newer feature that allows you to input news/events/announcements to be visible to the public when they hit your site (i.e. job openings).
Featured Listings After a listing has been setup, you can specify what listings you want to have featured on the home page if so desired.

 Public Interface:

The public interface is what’s visible to the customer. Once the listings have been setup in the admin portion of the site, they are automatically made viewable to the public/customer. The public interface can either be designed by Paragon Concepts or you can use an external vendor to design a look/theme for Paragon Concepts to use.

Some typical features of this portion of the site include: search tools, viewing of listings (general info, detailed, numbers, images, documents, contacts, etc), contact us, announcements, featured listings, & company information. This is where great savings can be made possible when a Realtor can simply refer a customer to the site for their central repository of documents & info on a listing. Remember that the site is viewable to the world so if the Realtor is selling to a customer that is not local, they can direct them to the site to get & download whatever information listings they desire.

 Purchase Process:

First and foremost, we will work and adapt to your needs. Whether this is your first website or you already have one, we can make it happen. Many Realtors will most likely need us to work as a consultant for them in step 1 & 2 as they are not savvy in Internet technologies. Regardless of your needs, we are there to assist you if need be.

Step 1 – Acquire a Domain:
A domain is what your customer types in their web browser to get to your site (i.e. www.realtor.com). You can purchase a domain name from many places and perhaps you can acquire one with the same provider you choose (step 2).

Step 2 – Find a Hosting Company:
In order to “house” your website, you will need to find a reliable hosting company. What the hosting company does is make your website visible to the entire world. may help you locate a hosting provider that is compatible with our software. We are not responsible for the selected hosting provider’s problems if they arise (i.e. website “up-time”, e-mail issues, etc). Billing and cost of hosting your website is between you and your hosting provider.

Step 3 – Public Design:
Before your site goes live, the public area of your website can be customized to fit your company (i.e. colors, theme, pictures, company info, etc). You can use Paragon Concepts for your design work or go with another company if you wish. Regardless of whom you choose, Paragon Concepts will need to program the design/theme into the public area of the site once this is determined. How many and what pages to have available to your customer will also need to be decided at this time.

Step 4 – Installation:
will facilitate the installation of the site with your selected hosting provider. Once the site is up and operational, we will help you get started managing your listings.

Step 5 – Follow-Up:
Once the site is up and running, we will make sure you are happy with the product, design, theme, and input fundamentals. If any minor modifications need to be made, they will be done at this time before being billed for the product.
